Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $130/hour (with potential increases for top performers)

Location: Remote

Duration: Minimum four-week engagement, with potential for extension or future project rotations

Commitment: At least 10 hours/week, fully asynchronous and flexible schedule

Role Responsibilities

• Apply hedge fund domain expertise to financial modelling, market sizing/TAM analysis, investment research, earnings predictions, and related workflows
• Support AI research and model development by providing feedback, detailed analysis, and creating or evaluating AI-generated investment research
• Assess and review investment analysis summaries and memos for quality and rigor
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to optimize AI systems and outputs

Qualifications

• Strong experience working at a top hedge fund, with expertise in at least one of the following:
• Investment or research memo creation
• Earnings prediction and analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible, asynchronous schedules
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
