Role Responsibilities
- Annotate, review, and validate clinical data to train healthcare AI models with high accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Apply deep clinical expertise to guide AI learning across complex medical and patient care scenarios.

Requirements
- Strong professional experience as a licensed healthcare provider or clinical expert.
- Advanced clinical degree such as MD, DO, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience in clinical practice with a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and patient care.
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare IT systems and electronic health record platforms.
- Solid background in clinical documentation, charting, coding, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and annotate complex medical data.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
