Role Responsibilities
- Operate and navigate commercial fixed-wing aircraft across domestic and international routes.
- Manage all phases of flight including takeoff, cruise, descent, and landing.
- Monitor aircraft systems, instrumentation, and flight controls in line with standard operating procedures.
- Use navigation tools and flight instruments to maintain accuracy, especially in adverse weather or low visibility.
- Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Coordinate with copilots, flight engineers, cabin crew, and air traffic control to ensure safe operations.
- Track aircraft performance, fuel consumption, weather updates, and route adherence throughout flight.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, malfunctions, or safety incidents.
- Maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and regulatory documentation.
Requirements
- Proven expertise operating modern aircraft and related aviation systems.
- Strong ability to interpret flight instruments, gauges, and real-time operational data.
- Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills under high-pressure conditions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy and clarity.
