Role Responsibilities
Training support will be provided
- Evaluate AI-generated financial plans and advisory outputs for accuracy, compliance, and relevance to client needs.
- Calibrate investment and retirement planning models for financial soundness and suitability.
- Simulate, audit, and refine workflows including asset allocation, risk profiling, and retirement income planning.
- Review and improve AI-produced financial reports, recommendations, and strategic documents with a focus on real-world client needs.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI and product teams to improve reliability and trustworthiness of AI-driven advisory solutions.
Ideal Qualifications
- Strong professional experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or in related advisory roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced certifications (CFP, CFA, CPA, ChFC) are a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of financial planning principles including retirement, estate, and investment strategies.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with ability to interpret and explain complex financial strategies.
- Familiarity with compliance, regulatory requirements, and fiduciary responsibilities.
