Compensation

Responsibilities
- Translate complex finance concepts into AI‑readable formats.
- Prompt, test, and refine AI agents for improved domain‑specific performance.
- Create reusable instructions, templates, and best practices for AI agents.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers on validation and design.
Requirements
- Strong experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or hedge fund preferred.
- Practical understanding of financial modeling, transactions, or research workflows.
- Expertise using and prompting AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude).
- Ability to write clear, structured content for both humans and AI.
- Self‑directed, highly organized, and able to work independently.
