Position: Labor, Employment & Immigration Law – AI Trainer
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $50-$150/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Train AI systems by analyzing, evaluating, and curating content related to labor, employment, and immigration law.
- Apply legal expertise to ensure accuracy, contextual relevance, and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
- Review, draft, and annotate employment contracts, workplace policies, visa petitions, and compliance documents for AI training.
- Provide guidance on workplace disputes, compliance scenarios, and immigration matters to strengthen AI reasoning capabilities.
- Collaborate with AI developers and data scientists to capture legal nuances and critical regulatory requirements.
- Support development of legal use cases, datasets, and scenario-based training modules for AI improvement.
- Deliver structured feedback on AI outputs to continuously improve system performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience practicing labor, employment, and immigration law.
- Strong regulatory and statutory expertise, including knowledge of FLSA, ADA, Title VII, NLRA, USCIS, INA, and DOL requirements.
- Proven ability to evaluate complex legal cases and navigate multi-jurisdictional legal challenges.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting employment contracts, workplace policies, and immigration documentation.
- Experience in negotiation, mediation, hearings, or dispute resolution processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and precision.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented capabilities.
