Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Craft high-quality, real-world financial analysis tasks to evaluate advanced AI systems.
- Design challenges involving SEC filings, economic data analysis, and regulatory database navigation.
- Create structured evaluation rubrics to assess AI agent performance and reasoning accuracy.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a team of domain experts and AI researchers.
Requirements
- Strong professional background in financial analysis, investment banking, trading, or equity research.
- Advanced academic credentials such as an MBA, CFA, or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with financial databases (e.g., SEC EDGAR, Bloomberg, FactSet).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
