Position: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Type: Full-time Position
Compensation: $160K–$300K/year
Location: Remote
Base pay range
$160,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Mentor engineers on observability, alert management, and instrumentation best practices
- Lead incident response from triage to post-mortem and remediation
- Own and enhance load-testing, disaster-recovery, and chaos-engineering programs
- Automate reliability checks, capacity planning, and service-level monitoring
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to build in reliability and scalability from the outset
