Position: Consulting Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $80–$120/hour (Equity offered)

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and review management consulting–style prompts, structured answers, and evaluation criteria for AI training.
• Benchmark AI-generated responses against established consulting frameworks and real-world business standards.
• Provide structured feedback on logic, clarity, and analytical rigor.
• Conduct online research and synthesize insights from multiple sources to support evaluations.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine AI reasoning and outputs.

Requirements

• Strong prior experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a similarly competitive consulting firm.
• Strong analytical and online research skills.
• Ability to synthesize insights from diverse data sources and business contexts.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
