Role Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert to support AI training using real-world commercial flight experience.
- Develop and refine technical documentation focused on aviation workflows, safety protocols, and operational scenarios.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure models reflect accurate pilot procedures and best practices.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs for compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Communicate complex aviation concepts through clear written reports and structured feedback.
- Provide guidance on AI applications across fixed-wing and rotary aircraft operations, including charter, air tours, and EMS missions.
- Promote safety-first thinking and regulatory compliance across all AI training deliverables.
Requirements
- Active Commercial Pilot certificate with strong experience in fixed-wing or helicopter operations.
- Background in charter flights, air ambulance, air tours, or other specialized missions.
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent technical writing skills with ability to produce clear, accurate documentation.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across remote teams.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and validation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
