Position: STEM PhD Researcher
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $75/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Translate your STEM domain expertise into structured workflows (SOPs, rubrics, evaluation criteria).
- Design realistic tasks and scenarios that reflect day-to-day professional activities in your field.
- Collaborate with other experts to refine workflows for clarity, accuracy, and reproducibility.
- Work with AI researchers to ensure workflows can be integrated into AI agent environments.
- Identify opportunities where AI can replicate or augment expert reasoning and decision-making.
Requirements
- PhD (or equivalent advanced degree) in a STEM discipline (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields).
- Strong ability to explain complex processes step by step in clear, structured ways.
- Research, teaching, or technical writing background is a plus.
- Excited about applying academic expertise to AI-driven innovation.
