Type: Contractor / Freelancer (no medical or paid leave)
Compensation: $35–$60/hour (location-dependent)

Role Responsibilities
- Review and verify AI-generated biology content for accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
- Develop and solve biology problems (molecular biology, genetics, physiology, ecology, neuroscience) to assess model reasoning.
- Provide structured feedback and corrections for model improvement.
- Contribute to benchmark design based on STEM curricula from undergrad to PhD level.
- Collaborate remotely with LLM researchers and internal teams to ensure output standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD/Postdoc) in Biology or related life sciences field.
- Strong analytical, research, and logical reasoning skills.
- Creative problem-solving and lateral thinking.
- Clear communication and comfort working independently in remote teams.
- Skilled at offering detailed, constructive feedback.
