Position is part of Mercor via Crossing Hurdles, focusing on training AI models in biology.
Base Pay Range
$65.00/hr β $70.00/hr

Requirements
- PhD in Biology from US, UK, or Canada
- Undergraduate education also completed in the US, UK, Canada, or Europe
- Demonstrated expertise in biology with a strong academic and research foundation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to design complex, high-quality questions
Role (Training will be provided)
- Create high-quality, domain-specific problems in biology to train and evaluate large language models (LLMs)
- Use subject matter expertise to ensure accuracy, depth, and educational rigor of content
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs for technical correctness and conceptual clarity
- Collaborate with AI research leads to maintain quality benchmarks
