Vacancy for a Play Practitioner at Crosshall Infant School

Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 3, Point 3 £6,321

Hours of work: 11.25 per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only)

Working pattern - Monday & Tuesday 15:15-17:15, Wednesday & Thursday 08:00‑08:45 & 15:15‑17:15 and Friday 15:15‑17:00.

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Play Practitioner at Crosshall Infant School! You will provide high quality care, play opportunities and engaging activities for the children before and after school in a safe environment. You will believe in the inclusion and acceptance of all and understand the importance of children having down time in a safe space. The development of positive working relationships with other wrap‑around staff, school staff, parents/carers will be an essential aspect of the role, as will a secure knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety.

  • Good educational background with GCSEs or equivalent in English Language
