Role Summary
A high-exposure graduate role, working directly with the CEO across strategy, liquidity, pricing, and corporate development. Until the Head of Liquidity & Exchange and VP Strategy & Corporate Development are appointed, the CEO will retain direct responsibility for these functions, and the Associate will provide hands-on analytical and execution support to help deliver their priorities.
As the senior leadership team is built, the Associate will have the opportunity to transition into and report through the relevant function, providing continuity, deeper specialist development, and continued exposure to the CEO Office. This role is suited to an exceptional early-career candidate seeking broad exposure to fintech, FX markets, strategy, and company building.
