CrossFit Tooting and Streatham are a family owned cluster of three gyms located across Streatham and Tooting in SW London. We have two CrossFit gyms and an adjacent functional fitness gym, and offer CrossFit, S&C, Hyrox, post-natal, and weightlifting classes. We have over 500 members, and are continuing to grow.
We own and operate a coffee shop out of one of our gyms, where many members stick around after class to connect and socialise, and we host monthly social events for our members. We pride ourselves on our strong community, and are looking for an experienced coach with a desire to take a leading role within our community to join our team!
Full time coaches can expect to lead 15-20 group classes. These will be predominately CrossFit classes, however coaches may also be asked to coach post-natal classes, Olympic weightlifting classes, Hyrox classes, or our CrossFit 'Lite' program - depending on their experience and expertise. Coaches can supplement their earnings with onsite personal training or massage therapy (for which we do NOT take a percentage of earnings).
Coaches must have a strong knowledge of functional fitness and movement, and experience leading group classes. Our ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable leading a large group with warmth and confidence, and who enjoys connecting with our members on an interpersonal level. Our coaches strive to ensure that our members experience the best hour of their day in the gym.
As our coaches supplement their group class income with adjacent endeavours (we have coaches who work in personal training, programming, massage therapy, and even beauty therapy), coaches must have a desire to grow their own business, or be entrepreneurial.
