Are you passionate about fitness, love helping people to achieve their goals, eager to step into a coaching role? If so, we are looking for a motivated Trainee Coach to join our team!

Your Qualities & Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic, positive and reliable
- A team player who enjoys helping others improve and achieve their fitness goals
- Passionate about CrossFit, HYROX & Functional Fitness
- Great communicator with a willingness to learn
- Must have completed a Reps 3 Fitness Qualification with some experience of running Group or PT classes; no CrossFit experience is required
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist lead coaches during classes
- Learn how to deliver and coach group and PT classes
- Maintain gym standards and community culture
- Contribute to sales and client retention
- Demonstrate correct technique and movement
- Maintain a positive and friendly manner
Compensation (Part-Time):
- Class Pay: £13 - £15 p.h.
- Personal Training: £15 - £18 p.h.
