Part-Time Trainee/CrossFit & HYROX Coach – Barnstaple, Devon Are you passionate about fitness, love helping people to achieve their goals, eager to step into a coaching role? If so, we are looking for a motivated Trainee Coach to join our team!. Your Qualities & Qualifications: Enthusiastic, positive and reliable A team player who enjoys helping others improve achieve their fitness goals Passionate about CrossFit, HYROX & Functional Fitness Great communicator with a willingness to learn Must have completed a Reps 3 Fitness Qualification with some experience of running Group or PT classes, no CrossFit experience is required. Role Responsibilities: Assist lead coaches during classes Learn how to deliver and coach group and PT classes Maintain gym standards and community culture Contributing to sales and client retention Demonstrate correct technique & movement Maintain a positive and friendly manner Compensation (Part-Time): Class Pay: £13 – £15 p.h. Personal Training: £15 – £18 p.h.
