CrossFit Harrow is a vibrant and inclusive 10 year CrossFit Affiliate with a fantastic community dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals through effective coaching, support, and empowerment. We are a passionate team who put their members first and we are committed to fostering an environment that is challenging, safe, and welcoming for all fitness levels.
About the Role
This is a flexible part-time position with varying hours and the potential to grow into a full-time, employed role for the right candidate. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for Continued Professional Development (CPD) to help you grow your coaching career.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy, engaging group CrossFit classes 🏋️ ♂️
- Plan and deliver personalised training sessions 💪
- Create a positive, supportive environment for all members 🌟
- Ensure safety and proper technique during workouts 🚦
- Responsible for developing fitness and skill abilities of members of our community 🌟
What We’re Looking For
- CrossFit Level 1 Certification (CFL1) (This is mandatory for the role)
- CrossFit Level 2 certification preferred.
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Minimum of 1-year coaching experience (preferably in CrossFit or a similar group fitness environment)
- A passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
