Join our dynamic Network Real Estate and Regulatory team as a Real Estate Specialist, where you'll support wireless real estate initiatives in the fast-paced New England region. This role is pivotal in delivering real estate entitlements, enhancing network operations, and fostering relationships with internal and external partners.
Contract Length: 1 year
Location: Medway, MA or Wallingford, CT
Work Setup: 2x per week in office
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the real estate process for new site builds and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals and applicable regulations.
- Serve as liaison with landlords, vendors, municipal officials, and legal teams.
- Manage real estate databases and generate reports.
- Drive real estate projects from initiation through construction handoff.
- Address on-site issues that may delay network activations in collaboration with implementation teams.
- Coordinate with contractors and engineering firms to align project designs with standards.
- Facilitate weekly planning sessions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve property management and landlord/tenant conflicts.
- Perform various administrative support tasks.
Qualifications:
Required:
