About The Job

You’ll play a key role in helping bring our campaigns to life by supporting the delivery of high-impact, joy-filled content across a range of formats. Working closely with the Production Manager, and supporting the Senior Production Manager and Production Lead, you’ll develop your production skillset in a supportive, fast‑paced and creative environment. This is the perfect role if you're looking to step up, take ownership, and grow into running productions from end to end. You’ll be someone who loves organisation, thrives under pressure and takes pride in seeing a shoot through from brief to wrap.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide day‑to‑day coordination and production support across all types of shoots.
  • Support the development and delivery of influencer‑led content.
  • Take ownership of social‑first video shoots from planning through to post‑production.
  • Manage elements of larger productions, including Local Impact Shoots, Circle Backs, Winner Reveals and Charity Reveals.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of Germany‑based social content shoots.
  • Help implement process improvements in how we plan and execute social productions.
  • Contribute to production documentation, scheduling, shoot logistics and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Book crew resources, kit equipment and arrange logistics for travel and accommodation.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support when office based, ensuring processes are followed, documentation is correctly completed.
  • Work with external production partners and vendors on SOWs, rates and invoices.
  • Continuously learn and grow, with the aim of leading full production projects within 6 months.

Location: Holborn, London

Office Policy: 3 days in person, 2 days at home each week (in person includes shoot days)
