About The Job: The Marketing team at Omaze is responsible for the growth and development of the UK business. As a Senior Creative Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across TV, digital, and social platforms. Working closely with the Assistant Creative Director, you will lead the development and execution of high-quality, performance‑driven creative, ensuring every output is impactful, on‑brand, and delivered to the highest standard.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to create compelling, effective content that drives engagement and performance.
  • This role is ideal for a highly conceptual and hands‑on creative with strong art direction skills and a passion for storytelling.

Creative Development & Execution:

  • Conceptualise and deliver creative campaigns across TV, social and digital channels, with a focus on storytelling, engagement and performance.
  • Translate creative briefs into high‑quality, effective outputs that align with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Partner closely with Brand, Social, Marketing and Production teams to bring bold, original campaign ideas to life, shaping the creative of key marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of the Omaze brand across all touchpoints.
  • Push creative boundaries to deliver work that is not only high‑performing but culturally resonant and distinctive.
  • Confident leading and contributing on set, working closely with directors, talent, and production teams to ensure creative is executed to a high standard.

Art Direction & Craft Excellence:

  • Lead Art Direction across a range of outputs including TVCs, social content, and campaign assets.
  • Own the creative quality of your workstreams, ensuring all assets meet a high bar for craft, storytelling and visual impact.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to designers, editors, and external partners to elevate output.
  • Remain hands‑on in the creative process, including scripting, overseeing shoots and edit sessions where required.

Team Collaboration & Support:

  • Support the Assistant Creative Director in delivering the creative vision across campaigns.
  • Act as a senior voice within the team, helping to guide and mentor agency creatives.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive working environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.

Project Ownership & Delivery:

  • Own multiple projects end‑to‑end, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard.
  • Work closely with production teams and freelancers to deliver consistent, high‑quality outputs.
  • Manage timelines effectively and flag risks early to ensure smooth delivery.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior creative role within a fast‑paced creative or marketing environment.
  • Strong art direction and conceptual thinking skills, with a portfolio demonstrating high‑quality execution across film and digital.
  • Highly craft‑focused, with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Confident working across TV and social content, with an understanding of performance‑driven creative.
  • Brings a strong understanding of editing processes and YouTube/social best practices, enabling them to guide teams in creating, iterating, and optimising content for engagement and performance.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to give clear, actionable feedback.
  • Comfortable working within modern creative workflows, including AI‑assisted ideation and production.
  • Comfortable travelling for shoots as required.
