About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Lilbourne Court, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, effective and dignified care. You will use your clinical expertise to assess needs, develop care plans, and lead the care team in delivering high‑quality support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high‑quality nursing care based on individual assessments
  • Reviewing and updating person‑centred care plans
  • Administering, ordering and safely managing medications
  • Monitoring residents’ health and responding promptly to changes
  • Leading and supporting Care Assistants to ensure safe and effective practice
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
  • Liaising with GPs, pharmacists, MDT professionals and families
  • Supporting audits, inspections and quality monitoring
  • Promoting infection control, safeguarding and CQC compliance

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a nurse who is:

  • Confident in clinical decision‑making and medication management
  • Compassionate, reliable and committed to high standards of care
  • Skilled in communication and able to work well within a team
  • Able to lead, support and guide care staff
  • Passionate about delivering excellent care to older adults

Experience in elderly care is desirable but not essential.

Shift Pattern

7:45am – 8:00pm Weekdays and weekends on a rota basis
