What You’ll Do
- Lead transaction advisory work, including:
- Supporting feasibility and pre‑feasibility studies for critical infrastructure projects
- Sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities
- Supporting deal structuring and refining business models to drive bankable transactions
- Fundraising for transactions, including due diligence support
- Post‑investment strategy
- Supporting RFP responses for strategic new business opportunities
- Proactively creating opportunities through ideation and co‑creation with potential clients
- Developing thought leadership and supporting CB participation in external‑facing events such as panels
Who You Are
- Current MBA candidate
- 3-4 years of experience in project finance or a power/infrastructure team at a specialist advisor, renewable energy developer, top‑tier infrastructure fund, development finance institution, lender, or investment bank
- Excellent analytical ability, strong problem‑solving and clear communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, including basic accounting and financial modelling
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
- Ability to operate independently with strong time‑management and attention to detail
- Understanding and/or interest in the challenges and opportunities of emerging and frontier markets
