We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of our residential developments. The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site operations from groundworks through to handover
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
- Monitor build programmes and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the build process
- Conduct site meetings and liaise with management
- Ensure NHBC standards and building regulations are adhered to
- Deliver plots to a high standard, ready for customer handover
About You
We are looking for a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience as a site manager within residential housebuilding is essential, along with:
- Strong knowledge of NHBC standards & Building Regs
- SMSTS Qualification
- CSCS Black or Gold Card
- First Aid Certification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
