Cigalon is situated in Chancery Lane, and is dedicated to the food and drinks from South of France and Corsica. We believe in providing a warm welcome and the best possible service in a relaxing environment in order to exceed customers' expectations. Cigalon is now recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to complete its kitchen team.
As a Chef de Partie, you will work a mixture of split and straight shifts over 4 days, Tuesday to Friday only, benefit from 22 days holiday (inclusive of 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year) and every bank holiday off, as well as a generous basic salary coupled with a share of the gratuities.
The ideal candidate for the position of Chef de Partie must have:
- The ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Excellent attention to detail
- At least 2 years in a similar position
- Be proactive and flexible
- Able to work unsupervised
