We are a friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated collective, growing in order to meet an increased demand across a variety of sectors and geographies. We are currently working on a number of iconic projects internationally, spanning a diverse range of typologies and scales from mixed-use architectural projects through to large-scale/city-wide masterplanning schemes and megaprojects, to technology initiatives in the built environment.

The following knowledge, capabilities and experience will be required in order to be shortlisted for interview:

  • Fully qualified architect or urban designer with a minimum of 6 years of demonstrable professional experience, post qualification (in practice).
  • Exceptional design skills with experience in the management of large-scale international projects and a passion for cities and urban design.
  • A client-focused problem solver, with a propensity to work with clients to curate solutions that meet specific project requirements.
  • Excellent project leader with delegation skills, comfortable running a project (or projects) with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to use 3D software (proficiency in Rhino is absolutely essential for anyone applying for this role); strong parametric/computational capabilities are a bonus.
  • Expertise in BIM (for Senior Architects this is a must; less so for Senior Urban Designers).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with wider project teams and consultants.
  • Ability/interest in supporting Associates/Senior ADs/Directors with resource planning, business development & marketing activities when required.
  • Capability to travel nationally & internationally for key project meetings, site visits & presentations when required.
  • Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken is required).

Eligibility to work in the UK is required. We are an equal opportunity employer and actively encourage applications from all those who fulfil the job description and eligibility above, regardless of sex, gender, orientation, nationality, ethnicity or age.
