We are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join our team near Cumberland WI.

Schedule: Off Season, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (Approx. October through June, 9 months). Busy Season, 6 days/wk, 8:00am-4:30pm (Approx. July through September, 3 months). We will try and work with the applicant on one day off a week. That would be either Thursday or Friday.

Pay: Hourly + seasonal OT commensurate with experience.

Overview: Responsible for the accurate preparation of the plant's hourly payroll and maintaining employee records in a confidential and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the accurate preparation of the plant’s hourly payroll.
  • Maintain timekeeping on a Kronos based system.
  • Process payroll using SAP based system.
  • Maintain personnel and attendance records.
  • Maintain employee records in a confidential and professional manner.
  • Must cover other administrative duties as needed.
  • Create PO’s.
  • Back up for HR.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP and Kronos.
  • Must have good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • High school diploma and/or degree in Accounting/Payroll.
  • Required to lift 50 pounds.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
