We’re looking for a Refrigeration Technical Services Manager to take ownership of technical excellence across a growing, dynamic organisation. This is a high-profile, influential role where you’ll act as the go-to expert for refrigeration systems—supporting projects, driving innovation, and shaping best practice across operations, engineering, and customer delivery.

What You’ll Do:
- Technical Leadership
- Be the lead authority on refrigeration systems and applications
- Support engineers, operations, and project teams with expert technical guidance
- Drive standards, processes, and continuous improvement
- Introduce new technologies, equipment, and solutions
- Project & Operational Support
- Support projects from concept through to completion
- Conduct site surveys and contribute to solution development
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and handover phases
- Engineering & Service Excellence
- Act as escalation point for complex faults
- Help identify recurring issues and implement improvements
- Mentor and develop engineering teams
- Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and key customers
- Provide technical expertise in customer meetings and business development
- Manage supplier technical interactions, warranties, and innovation opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the refrigeration industry (commercial essential)
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial & integral refrigeration systems
- Proven experience supporting projects, installations, and service teams
- F-Gas certified + full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
