Are you an experienced Air-conditioning / HVAC / Engineers Mate ready to power unforgettable events worldwide?
We’re recruiting for an F-Gas qualified Air-conditioning Engineer to install and dismantle air-conditioning systems for high-profile festivals, sporting events, and corporate functions.
This role involves regular travel to our customers event sites for the duration of the event and ensuring flawless cooling solutions for them, when not deployed you’ll be based in Stoke, keeping our rental fleet in top shape for the next deployment!

We specialise in creating comfortable, reliable environments for festivals, sporting occasions, and corporate functions, delivering top-quality refrigeration and HVAC systems tailored to each event’s needs. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction drives our reputation in the fast-paced event industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Installing & de-installing temporary air-conditioning systems and chillers at event sites across the UK, Europe and worldwide.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Communicate clearly with clients, strive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining detailed records of installations, repairs, and safety inspections.
This is a seasonal role reflecting the event industry\’s peak demands however they can be any time during the year:
- Peak season (June–September): You’ll be deployed on-site at event sites across the UK, staying on-site for the duration of the event to ensure services levels to our customers.
- Flexibility for travel and overnight stays is essential.
- Low Season (October–June): You’ll be based in Stoke, training and learning from senior Engineers about maintenance and repairs of our stock to prepare for the next season.

- F-Gas certification
- IPAF and CSCS Card
- Experience in servicing and maintenance of chillers and installing split systems
