Key Responsibilities

  • Install boilers and chillers in line with Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Perform on-site repairs of stock and attend service breakdowns.
  • Assist in developing associated products to meet customer needs and industry advancements.
  • Order stock for stores and vans to minimize downtime and ensure vital parts availability.
  • Drive operational improvements focused on cost reductions and customer satisfaction, embracing change positively.
  • Ensure full compliance with company systems, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Lead by example in our "Serious About Safety" initiative.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as required to support the team.

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Commitment to completing jobs thoroughly and working under your own initiative.
  • Flexible and approachable attitude with strong teamworking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to represent the company professionally.
  • Tidy work ethic, well-organized, and impeccable administrative skills.
  • IT literate with up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • CSCS Card holder.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in the HVAC hire industry.
  • Electrical qualification.
  • MOD Clearance and site experience.
  • FLT Licence.
