Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission temporary heating systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Service heating and cooling systems pre-delivery to guarantee optimal performance and safety; diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Communicate clearly with clients to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, safety inspections, and customer interactions; prepare reports as needed.
- Adhere to all relevant safety regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards.
- Keep tools and equipment in proper working order, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices in gas systems and appliances.
- Complete tasks efficiently and cost-effectively to optimise value for customers and the company.
- Perform all work professionally and ethically to build trust and uphold the company's reputation.
