We are seeking an experienced QSHE Manager to join our team on a 6 month fixed-term contract, based at our Head Office and largest operational depot in Andover. This is a key role supporting the business to maintain high standards of quality, safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence across our UK operations. Reporting into the Operations Director, the QSHE Manager will play a pivotal role in driving compliance, improving standards and embedding a strong safety culture across the organisation. You will work closely with HVAC engineering teams to ensure that all activities are conducted in line with regulatory, ISO and company requirements, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and day-to-day QHSE delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support and deliver the company’s QHSE strategy across all UK sites and operations
  • Promote a positive, proactive safety culture focused on engagement, reporting and continuous improvement
  • Lead or support incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are completed
  • Monitor and report on compliance, risk and performance metrics
  • Partner with depot and operational teams to ensure consistency in standards and behaviours
  • Maintain and support the Integrated Management System aligned to: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety)
  • Support delivery of QHSE training across the business
  • Identify gaps in competence and support development plans

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on QSHE professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Essential:

  • Experience in a QHSE / HSE / Compliance Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
  • NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma desirable) or equivalent
  • Experience with risk management, audits and incident investigation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience working in operational, engineering, construction or industrial environments

Desirable:

  • Background in HVAC, mechanical, or hire/rental industries
  • Knowledge of regulations such as F-Gas, Gas Safe, or OFTEC
  • Experience working across multiple sites or field-based operations
