Key Responsibilities- Lead the commercial management of repairs, voids, compliance and planned works.
- Take ownership of valuations, variations, forecasting and final accounts.
- Review and manage schedules of rates (including NHF).
- Support tenders, procurement and contractor performance.
- Produce sharp, accurate financial reports and forecasts.
- Spot efficiencies, drive value for money and support long‑term planning.
- Maintain strong audit trails and ensure full compliance with regulations.
- A proven track record delivering construction or housing-related contracts.
- Strong financial and commercial skills in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Confident understanding of risk, planning, building legislation and NHF SoRs.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (professional memberships are a bonus).
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
