Tenant Liaison Coordinator £33,765 -£35,542 per annum Remote/Peterborough Full time Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Remote working with visits to residents and offices for meetings as required We’re introducing this brand-new role within our Asset Management team. This position has been created to strengthen customer engagement and ensure smooth delivery of repairs works across our housing portfolio. As a Tenant Liaison Coordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for residents, supporting managers, surveyors, and contractors in delivering exceptional asset management services. From managing access for compliance checks to resolving service requests and complaints, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary liaison for tenants regarding repairs and planned works. * Handle service requests and customer feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally. * Support complex repair projects requiring resident engagement. * Maintain accurate asset data and assist with performance monitoring. * Build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. * Carry out visits to residents where required either alone or to assist the surveyors/tenancy management team with queries, complaints or tenant consultation on repairs or planned works * Manage access for gas and electrical compliance programmes, ensuring 100% compliance. What We’re Looking For * Experience delivering housing services and providing excellent customer service. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to manage workloads independently and work collaboratively. * IT literacy (Microsoft packages). * Full UK driving licence and access to a suitably insured vehicle. Desirable * Knowledge of housing-related services, repairs, and maintenance. * Experience working in a performance-focused environment.
