Cross Keys Homes are looking for aSenior Management Accountantto join their dynamic Finance team. In this crucial role, youll support the Finance Manager in producing monthly management reports, preparing budgets and forecasts, and delivering high-quality financial insights to key stakeholders across the business.

Youll act as a trusted business partner, helping managers and budget holders understand their financial performance and make informed decisions. Youll also play a key role in maintaining financial controls, supporting audits, and enhancing our reporting systemsincluding Power BI.

Please note:While this role is primarily remote, the successful candidate must be able to travel to ourPeterborough head office occasionally when required.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and board reports.

• Lead on accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial advice and challenge assumptions to ensure value for money.
• Maintain the general ledger and support statutory reporting.
• Act as a super user for our financial systems (Open Accounts).
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and templates.

What Were Looking For:

• Qualified Accountant(e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• With 45 years of experience within the social housing sector.
• Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge.
• Experience working with budget holders and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial systems (Open Accounts preferred) and Power BI.
