Are you a procurement professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results whilst bringing your stakeholders along with you? Join Cross Keys Homes (CKH) as Procurement Analyst and play a key role in shaping our procurement and contract management standards.
About the Role
As a Procurement Analyst, you’ll support the Procurement Manager by procuring contracts of a small to medium size whilst embedding procurement best practices. You’ll work across the business to implement contract management standards and ensure compliance with the Procurement Act.
Key Responsibilities
- Procuring small and medium size contracts.
- Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations.
- Lead and support procurement and sourcing strategies across multiple categories.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support procurement projects from planning to execution.
- Implement and monitor contract management standards and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in public sector procurement and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023.
- Skilled in e-tendering tools, supplier analysis, and KPI development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Desirable Qualifications
- Membership of (or working towards) CIPS.
- Relevant project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Knowledge of Delta e-sourcing.
