We are excited to have a vacancy to join our Tenancy Sustainment Team. As a Tenancy Sustainment Adviser you will support tenant access into services and deliver targeted tenancy focused interventions to promote tenancy sustainment, reducing the risk of homelessness; and via prompt and tangible action, sustain a minimum number of tenancies each year by ensuring that breaches of tenancy are avoided.

The successful candidate will have a strong housing background with knowledge and understanding of tenancy management, statutory and voluntary services, and the health and safety risks impacting tenancies.
