- Take ownership of valuations, variations, forecasting and final accounts.
- Support tenders, procurement and contractor performance.
- Produce sharp, accurate financial reports and forecasts.
- Spot efficiencies, drive value for money and support long-term planning.
- A proven track record delivering construction or housing-related contracts.
- Strong financial and commercial skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident understanding of risk, planning, building legislation and NHF SoRs.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (professional memberships are a bonus).
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
