Cross Keys Homes is recruiting a Service Manager – Governance to shape and oversee the organisation's governance framework, ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance as a Registered Provider and Community Benefit Society. You will report to the Board, CEO and Executive Team and lead a small Governance and Compliance team.
In addition to permanent governance duties, the role will cover Compliance and Data Governance for up to 12 months to provide maternity cover, strengthening regulatory.
