Cleaner Part-Time (20 hours)\\n\\nSalary £13.45 per hour (£13,988 per annum)\\n\\nLocation: Finchley Greem and Siskin Lodge Retirement Housing\\n\\nMonday to Friday 4 hours per day.\\n\\n(Apply online only) at Finchley Green and then (Apply online only) at Siskin Lodge\\n\\nWe are looking to recruit a Cleaner at two of our retirement housing schemes, the successful candidate will form part of a small team and will work closely with other team members in order to deliver the service.\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the building to the agreed standards, whilst adhering to the Health & Safety requirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Operation of a scheduled cleaning maintenance programme, daily, weekly, monthly, annually\\n\\n * \\n\\n Assisting with the layout of equipment for special events\\n\\n * \\n\\n Reporting to the Supervisor or Manager of damage to fittings, fabric of the buildings or equipment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Advising the Supervisor or Manager of cleaning materials stock\\n\\n * \\n\\n Follow all health and safety requirements of role\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring up to date knowledge of and adhering to all Cross Keys Homes policies and procedures\\n\\nThe Ideal Candidate\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous cleaning experience\\n\\n * \\n\\n Must have good attention to detail\\n\\n * \\n\\n Be able to work effectively as part of a team and have a strong work ethic\\n\\n * \\n\\n Must be reliable, trustworthy, friendly and approachable\\n\\n * \\n\\n You must have a basic/good understanding of both written and verbal English communication skills to fulfil the required duties\\n\\nWe reserve the right to close the vacancy early if a suitable candidate is found.\\n\\nCross Keys Homes is committed to safeguarding adults using our services who could be at risk of harm and promoting their welfare.
