We’re looking for dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our Team. In this role, you’ll help keep our building safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone who lives or visits there. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the building to agreed standards and ensuring a high-quality environment at all times.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out cleaning duties across all internal and external areas as outlined in the cleaning schedule.
- Working to daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning programmes.
- Reporting any damage or maintenance issues.
- Ensuring cleaning materials are well stocked and notifying your Manager when supplies run low.
- Following all Health & Safety guidelines, including safe use of products and equipment.
- Upholding all organisational policies and procedures.
- Being polite, respectful, and considerate to residents, visitors, and staff at all times.
Who We’re Looking For:
- People who have good knowledge and experience of cleaning practices.
- Understand and follow safety instructions on cleaning products and equipment.
- Have good verbal communication skills.
- Are able to work non-standard hours, if needed, including weekends on a rota basis.
- Are committed to delivering an excellent service and maintaining high standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

- Basic DBS check required.
