Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial management of repairs, voids, compliance and planned works.
  • Take ownership of valuations, variations, forecasting and final accounts.
  • Review and manage schedules of rates (including NHF).
  • Support tenders, procurement and contractor performance.
  • Produce sharp, accurate financial reports and forecasts.
  • Spot efficiencies, drive value for money and support long-term planning.
  • Maintain strong audit trails and ensure full compliance with regulations.
What we’re looking for
  • A proven track record delivering construction or housing-related contracts.
  • Strong financial and commercial skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confident understanding of risk, planning, building legislation and NHF SoRs.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (professional memberships are a bonus).
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
