Job Description
As a registered nurse in gastroenterology (RN), also known as an endoscopy nurse, you\’ll care for patients with digestive system disorders such as Crohn\’s disease, colon cancer, acid reflux, and irritable bowel syndrome. You\’ll work in hospitals, GI specialists\’ offices, or ambulatory surgery centers, collaborating with gastroenterologists and the GI care team. Responsibilities include assisting with endoscopic and GI procedures, X-rays, CT scans, monitoring patient vitals, starting IVs, and patient education. Your role is vital in providing compassionate, high-quality care and ensuring patient safety.

- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in a relevant specialty
