В роли Game Presenter вы будете вести live-игры в студии, транслируемые онлайн для игроков по всему миру, создавая увлекательный, профессиональный и интерактивный игровой опыт. Вы получите полностью оплачиваемое обучение, включая навыки работы перед камерой и практический опыт с современным студийным оборудованием.
Ваши обязанности:
- Проводить live-игры уверенно, профессионально и вовлечённо
- Взаимодействовать с игроками в реальном времени, создавая позитивную и развлекательную атмосферу
- Точно и ответственно соблюдать правила и процедуры игр
- Комфортно чувствовать себя перед камерой
- Адаптировать стиль общения в зависимости от типа игры и взаимодействия с игроками
Требования:
- Русский язык — родной, базовое рабочее знание английского языка
- Возраст до 35 лет
- Аттестат о среднем образовании
- Действующий загранпаспорт и документы, необходимые для переезда в Бухарест
- Готовность работать по сменному графику (3 смены, 40 часов в неделю)
- Умение сохранять спокойствие в стрессовых ситуациях и быстро принимать решения
- Профессиональный подход и высокая степень ответственности
График работы:
- 3 смены в месяц (ротация)
- 5 рабочих дней / 2 выходных
- Возможна работа в выходные и праздничные дни
- Игровые сессии продолжительностью 1,5–2 часа с 30-минутными перерывами
Зарплата и бонусы:
- Базовая заработная плата + бонус за результаты
- Надбавки за смены:
- +25% за ночные смены
- +10% за работу в выходные
- +100% за работу в праздничные дни
