This is a hands-on Principal Software Engineer role for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and distributed systems, working directly with real hospitals and clinics to deploy production-grade solutions.
What You'll Work On
- Deploy and refine enterprise-grade AI systems used in real healthcare environments
- Build AI-driven patient communication and triage systems
- Design and operate agent orchestration frameworks with strong guardrails
- Develop secure healthcare data layers with strict privacy and compliance requirements
- Implement low-latency voice and video systems for clinical use cases
- Solve complex problems in distributed systems, scalability, and enterprise integration
