What you'll own

  • Own the customer's transformation roadmap and measurable business outcomes
  • Identify the highest-value operational processes to transform

  • Quantify impact across revenue, margin, cost, productivity, and return on capital

What we're looking for

  • Strong background in top-tier strategy or transformation consulting

  • Significant hands-on transformation experience within FMCG, CPG, or Retail
  • Multiple substantial retail or CPG engagements strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to own business outcomes rather than simply project delivery
