About the Role
Are you fluent in Polish and passionate about providing excellent customer support? Join our international team in beautiful Athens! You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their inquiries efficiently and ensuring their satisfaction.
What Youβll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Polish
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
Location Options:
- On-site: Modern offices in central Athens
- Remote: If you relocate: work from home (WAH) within Athens
- If you already live in Greece: WAH from anywhere in Greece
Relocation Package (for those moving to Greece):
- 2 weeks of hotel accommodation

Requirements:
