About the Role

We're seeking

Generalist Experts based in the UK or Europe to help train and evaluate next-generation AI models.

As a Generalist Expert, you'll review a wide range of professional materials—including documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and written content—and assess them for accuracy, clarity, quality, completeness, and sound reasoning .

Your expertise and feedback will help improve how AI systems understand, evaluate, and produce high-quality professional work.

What You'll Do

  • Review and evaluate documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other professional materials.
  • Provide clear, thoughtful, and well-reasoned written feedback.
  • Compare and rank AI-generated responses against established evaluation criteria.
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and gaps in reasoning.
  • Assess the quality, structure, clarity, and accuracy of professional content.
  • Apply project guidelines and evaluation rubrics consistently.
  • Work independently while meeting project quality and turnaround expectations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required.
