What You'll Do

  • Partner Leadership; Own strategic healthcare partnerships end-to-end
  • Lead engagements from initial scoping through live operations
  • Build trusted relationships with hospital executives, health system leaders, and government stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the deployment lifecycle

Deployment & Operations;

  • Design and execute deployment strategies for AI-powered healthcare solutions
  • Coordinate across engineering, clinical, operations, and product teams
  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption within complex healthcare environments
  • Solve operational challenges as they arise

Playbook Development;

  • Build deployment frameworks and operational standards
  • Establish best practices for future deployments
  • Document repeatable processes and scalable operating models
  • Shape how the company approaches enterprise partnerships

Strategic Growth;

  • Support pipeline generation and commercial discussions
  • Participate in partner discovery and solution design
  • Help identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contribute to overall company strategy and operational development
